 CEO/Executive Producer

ANDREW LEWIS CALDWELL

Andrew Lewis Caldwell was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. At an early age, he developed a love for the arts—specifically acting and comedy. He moved to Los Angeles at the age of 15 and soon began working with Nickelodeon and the Disney Channel. He also created and ran his own sketch comedy show, LOL, which is where he discovered his passion for teaching, developing talent, and collaborating with others who shared his dream of working in entertainment.

Over the past 20 years, Andrew has dedicated himself to honing his craft, earning over 80 credits in film and television. Some of the roles he is most proud of include appearances in Spider-Man Noir, The Matrix Resurrections, Haunt, Henry Danger, Hannah Montana, iZombie, College, The Librarians, Transformers, and How I Met Your Mother.

Now based in Buffalo, NY, where he lives with his family, Andrew continues to work both on set and as a mentor to aspiring actors. When he's not acting, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and collaborating with fellow performers. His classes provide a creative outlet for self-expression and teach the techniques needed to impress casting directors, behave professionally on set, and build the confidence required to succeed in the industry.

JEN CALDWELL 

Jennifer is a Buffalo, New York native who grew up with a passion for the arts and performing any chance she could. Throughout her young life, she trained in multiple dance styles, and took various acting classes, musical theater camps, and voice lessons. While in college for communications and media arts, Jennifer went on to perform as an NFL Cheerleader for the Buffalo Bills before making the move to Los Angeles, California where she resided for 10 years. During her time on the West Coast, she was involved in other sport affiliations, including her time as a UFC Ring Girl on the Ultimate Fighter TV Show, trained in wrestling with WOW Women of Wrestling, and also appeared on various tv shows, music videos, commercials, and print/video modeling campaigns. Since becoming a mother, her passions have shifted into helping others learn this craft at the ALC Acting studio. Jennifer runs the YoungStars kids class on Saturdays; she is devoted to finding opportunities for our young talent and helping them grow into great, confident actors. Jennifer also has a love of photography and uses her years of knowledge and experience being in front and behind the camera, to help guide others so they look and feel their very best. CHRIS SCHERR 

Chris is a graduate of Fredonia University, where they earned a degree in Media Arts and Acting. With over a decade of experience running a sketch comedy troupe in Buffalo and Toronto, Chris  sharpened his talents as a writer, performer, and director through countless live performances. In addition to experience stand-up and improv—training at renowned institutions like Second City Chicago and iO Chicago—he’s also been a fixture in Western New York’s theater and film scenes, with numerous stage performances and appearances in locally produced films, web series, etc. Chris has been seen briefly on MTV, SYFY network, and contributed behind the scenes with Lion TV Productions in NYC, showcasing his versatility and passion for the craft across multiple mediums.

JENNA CRONENBERGER

Jenna is new to acting and the film industry but is learning quickly! She loves being on either side of the camera! She has been executive producer, associate producer, sound, and script manager on few local films. She does a lot of the graphic design for inside and outside of the studio. She makes a lot of the props used in the studio. Jenna is the hostess for all visitors and is often called the "DEN MOM" of the studio. Jenna is willing to help out with whatever she can. Jenna has always had love and interest in animation. She recently has taken on the role of Head of Animation.
